OP partners with school districts across Oregon to provide Girl Empowerment Groups, Young Amazing Women of Color Empowerment Groups, Classroom Presentations to all students. Topics range from developing self-esteem, poverty, social relationships, body image, and a variety of other challenges that come with being a young person in today’s highly complex world.

About/Description:
Ophelia’s Place is committed to providing effective, research-based support and education to the adults that have some of the biggest impact on a young person’s life. School staff and caregiver presentations cover topics that are also provided to students, as well as additional topics like relational aggression, setting boundaries, navigating social media, and prioritizing self-care.Parents and parent groups can participate in adult education opportunities, including customized parent meetings, in school or in a personal setting.
